Read some of the responses from folks on here and then search "shipping delays." We have had long "in process" delays from QVC for months. In fact last year I wrote on the Forum my best guess as to the cause. This has been a chronic problem for QVC for a long time.

Fourteen days ago I placed an order which was supposedly shipped after 9 days.  It has now been 5 more days and it is coming from Ontario,CA which is about 125 miles up the freeway, north of me.  Lo and behold, today I discover that it is now in Kansas - over a thousand miles away!!  I'm sorry, this has nothing to do with "working hard to ship safely".  It's just plain incompetence!!!!
