STILL NEEDS HELP PLEASE! MODS: was my package lost in transit?

How long are we supposed to wait to know a package is missing?

I ordered H219731 on 08/16.

According to tracking info, a label was created on 08/18 at 2:00 PM.

Package departed 08/18 4:15 P.M. from Florence SC and then NOTHING.

Did this ever actually leave the warehouse? It's already 08/24 and there has been NO activity.

The answer to the question is we generally wait til after the EDD is met. In this case, the EDD is 8/26. However, there are no scans after the 18th and I think it is too long for you to have to wait. Would you like me to send out the replacement now?

Yes please, as I don't think this package ever made it onto the truck as there would have been some kind of scan by now.

Oh it made it onto the truck...that would be our 3rd party that takes our packages to the depot. Seems it never made it off that truck. Please expect your item on or about Tuesday August 27th.

Thank you, Beth. I received my replacement order.

Except now it seems I have ANOTHER lost package??

 

I also ordered H221853 the as is valerie parr hill set of 3 mercury candles in silver.

According to the tracking info, the USPS never actually received the item from UPS.

It's 08/31 and the last update is 08/24 where usps was waiting to receive item.

Can you please look into this?

Further updates show that your package is at the Philadelphia UPS for sorting. Due to the public holiday, the estimated delivery date is 9/3.

UPS site says transferred to post office 08/24 yet USPS site says still waiting for package to arrive from UPS ...  I don't see anything about still being at a UPS sorting facility?

I'll be back 09/03 then I guess if there is still no activity.

Hello,

 

It is now one day after the estimated delivery date of 09/03.

There has been no change in status for this package.

08/24 UPS says it sent to USPS and 08/24 USPS says still waiting to receive package from UPS. Something happened to this item on the way from UPS to USPS...

Hello,

 

I just received an email saying my return has been accepted for this item, which I never actually even recieved, and I see i was only credited the amount of the item and not the original shipping costs??

It shows nothing about a replacement being sent out.

Why wasn't I credited the full aount I paid??

Hi @Anonymous195334 , good morning, thank you for posting in our Community forums regarding this order for H221853. I apologize that it did not arrive and has been return to us. I also apologize that the original s/h fee $3.50 was deducted from the return. I have refunded it this AM. I appreciate that you let us know that happened. ~Kim
