susan one more if you have time. Order placed on 5/24/20 and shipped 6/8/20. Nothing since 6/8/20. Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry you have not received your order. I have had a look at it and unfortunately as there has been no new scan since the 8th, we will have to consider this lost. There is currently no stock available for a replacement so I have issued you a full refund. Current processing time for refunds is 3 to 5 business days.

I've called CS numerous times to no avail. No one is ever available to take a phone call. I have posted a similar request here with no response. I have sent several emails directly with no response.
I checked with the post office. They told me on 2 occasions that there us no record of the package being received there.
Please, could someone look into this matter???? Either send a replacement or issue a full refund. This is beyond ridiculous at this point.
I've had other orders from QVC and elsewhere delivered in a very timely manner. I don't understand why someone hasn't taken the time to investigate this.
I'm having the same problem. I was refunded for the one that never got here but they sent out a replacement and now that one took the same route and guess what! Never got here! It's simply hopeless...I'm hoping my vendors sell somewhere else.

Mine says it moved to teterboro on June 4th. It's now June 22. I was sent a replacement and there's no movement. Again, it's stuck in Bridgeport, NJ. No movement since June 18. PLEASE HELP

My order was placed on May 29th and nothing since June 4th. It's now June 22. The other replacement is stuck in Bridgeport, NJ and it's June 22. Both are now just sitting. Never got either one. Please someone, get in touch with this post office and TELL them to get on with it!

I was thinking about this earlier today, I wonder how many people have stopped ordering because of all the issue's with getting or returning item's to QVC. I returned a package to QVC over a month ago and still no credit. My QVC buying is way down because of this issue, my budget love's it.

I've been doing a lot of online ordering since I recently moved into a new home. Amazon, overstock, wayfair, Macy's, and more.
I need things within a promised time frame and I don't trust QVC to adhere to that
