SHADY RETURN PRACTICES--
BE VERY AWARE OF YOUR RETURN/REFUNDS CONSUMERS--I was refunded only one of the two tops I sent back. I had to call customer service to get the other top refunded which both had been returned in same packaging. This is the third time I've had to call with concerns on whereabouts of returns.... The warehouse retrieval people are not adding correctly or theft is coming from within..... Consumers should watch their accounts very cautiously... QVC has deteriorated over the last few years and I am going to think twice before shopping with them.... I have also had a customer service rep outright hang up on me....
