Rude employee on Customer Chat

I went on the Customer Chat Online this morning asking questions about the Primula mugs.  Descriptions and pictures did not match.  Keisha was rude to me, and in a big hurry to get rid of me.  I was writing down the style number and product info that she gave me and she ended the chat so quickly that I could not finish writing down the information.  I have never dealt with a person like that using online chats before.  Have others had similar experiences?  Maybe even with Keisha with QVC?

I swould notify the QVC Social Team at @QVCSocialTeam @QVC.com (lower case is fine).

 

At the very least, they'll pass it along to her supervisor. 

 

Sounds like she has no business being in CS.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

There are rude people everywhere.  Move on to the next CS person and hopefully they will be happy to help you.

I think this is a great idea. Let them know you were not happy. The calls/chats are monitored. They will be able to go back and see what happened.

Are you saying the descriptions and pictures on the website for todays special value do not match?

I hope you report her @mom2busy .  Not reporting her does no favors for QVC.  If Keisha doesn't want to work, someone else may need her job.
