Reviews of products missing

Yesterday I noticed that the reviews of QVC products are not showing up on my laptop but they do show up on my iPhone. I thought it was because I needed to upload updates or something. I have since made sure all updates are installed but I still get no reviews of products for QVC products on my laptop which has windows 10 on it. Every other site I go to has reviews and functions as they should. Does anyone else have this issue?
