The last two times I have left a review for an item I receive the email stating it is "live" and when I go to check my review is not posted.  Yet I can not resubmit the review.  

 

Anyone else having this issue?

@avid shopper   No, but I don't review until I've received my order and used the item for at least several times, not while the item is on the air.

I am sorry you have had a review issue. Recently, when I review, it is " there" if/when I check after I receive the " live" email. I have noticed that sometimes I have to scroll through other reviews to find mine. (In the past my review used to be at the top.)

@avid shopper    Yes, same thing happens for me. I receive the email saying my review is live, but it never shows up in the reviews.

I wait until the item has been laundered and worn before writing a review. No problems with them posting on QVC.

@avid shopper  Yes! It doesn't matter if it is a positive or negative review. Lately, I've had one actually posted to every two that are not posted. I sent an email to customer feedback and received a reply that they heard me and are sorry, but no change. I even include pics sometimes and make sure that they are not "large." Well, It must be some kind of technical glitch, but I'll think twice before going to the trouble before posting a review in the future.

The same thing happened to me after submitting a review through the email link. It didn't appear after I received the email telling me it was live. It posted after I resubmitted it through the link in my Order Status page.

@avid shopper  I finally placed a complaint with Feedback and got a response! Within less than a week, my reviews were in place on the item page. Wow!
