Returns on 180 day policy

How can I return an item that has a 180 day return policy? Do I have to call up or do I return with the return label?

@myraavilez   If you still have the Prepaid Label you can use that to return the order or send the return back on your own.  Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need our assistance.
