Exactly, same here. I've found a few items where the measurements were way off...and I don't think it's the customer's fault, not should we have to pay for shipping.

I emailed qvceasyreturns last week and told them I needed an exchange and described what I needed to exchange for size.  Gave them order # and item # details.  They put through the exchange for me the very next day and I have already received the exchange.  Why mail back and wait.  They did all the work and now lI just return the ones I beeded to exchange.  Easy Peasy!
