I returned 4 Hairdo wigs due to the wrong color sent. Followed the return instructions exactly. I returned on 1/3. My status is not showing up as returned. These orders were place on 12/21. When will you issue a refund? And also refund shipping as you sent the wrong items. If you look at my order history, 2 orders on 12/21 for 2 wigs eah for a total of 4 wigs.

You need to call customer service.
