Returns Not Working on QVC Website

I had to return an item due to being defective. I looged into  the QVC website to print the return label and the "Select Options" has no dropdown menu, nor can I select anything. Additionally, the menu on whether to refund exchange, etc...had no options or capability to select.

I reached out to customer service and had the return label emailed; however, the links to print the information to put inside the box didn't work. I just printed the whole email and put that in the box.

 

I have another item to return that I changed my mind about, went to get the paperwork from QVC and realized that QVC is apparently no longer sending a return label with the items. That's fine with me, I don't mind printing the label if I have to return something BUT THE WEBSITE SHOULD WORK.
The 1st item was this morning, now it's late afternoon, and the problem is still not fixed.

QVC, my suggestion is to fix this. We're not even fully into the holiday returns season yet. If buyers have to contact CS for every return label, you are going to have major  mess.

I find it odd that the website still posts the following info for returns, even tho they mostly aren't sending us return labels:

 

 

 

Option 1: Use our Q Return Label

(Label fee and original Shipping & Handling will be deducted from your refund)

 

But when has the Q website ever kept us up to date or not been a bit wonky?

To all having issues: Hopefully this is a temporary glitch! I just printed a return label through the website yesterday without any problems, so I tested it a few minutes ago based on your comments in case it might be an isolated error, but I see the same defects you're describing. Fingers crossed for a quick fix...

Same here. I wrote out my return info.  It's gotten to the point of being ridiculous now. It takes many days until purchase is sent out and even longer for refunds or replacements.  They have a really lousy system.
