Returning mattress - need help

Customer Service - I need help!!

 

Order *************

 

I have notifed QVC over a month ago that I am returning a mattress.

 

I have NOT been contacted yet for pick up.  I need this taken care of immediately.

Oct 31 - notiifed the mattress is to be returned

 

Nov 20 -QVC requested the pick up courier to call me

 

Nov 25 - left message  Big Box Dept

 

Nov 26 - Big Box dept is getting a hold of pick up courier

 

Dec 2 - Big Box dept sending another email to Serta

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

This is very frustrating; the first payment is already posted on my QCard

and I am moving next week!!

 

 

I need action NOW

 

Please help me

Some of their less expensive foam and hybrid mattresses they don't want returned.  Not cost effective.  They just have the customer give it away and they credit the account.

The mattress is the Bellagio / Serta brand.  It is still in the plastic - I layed on it

over the plastic and knew it wasn't comfortable for me.  I wish it was because it is a beautiful mattress.

@LDenise.  Sounds as though yours was not one of the inexpensive ones.  Hope you get it picked up.

I would only buy such a thing like a mattress locally...online return of a mattress will be a disappointment

I purchased a queen size Serta mattress and box spring this past January from QVC and it is one of the worst mattresses I've ever owned!!! I wish I had returned it immediately!! Would definitely not recommend QVC's Serta mattresses!! @LDenise, good for you for sending it back and I wish you luck with whatever replacement mattress you will purchase!

thank you to Margot in the Big Box Dept !!!!

 

I spoke to her Friday and she contacted the delivery company

and by Saturday morning my return mattress was picked up!

 

Appreciated her listening and taking action.
