I ordered a pair of jeans in GREY, I received BLUE. I need to return, but the Return Label is NOT included in the package. I tried to return online, QVC wants to charge me $6.95. QVC sent incorrect item but now wants $6.95 to return after I already spent $3.50 on S&H. Why is QVC charning me $10.45 for sending me incorrect item?
QVC should not charge me $6.95 for returning their mistake and shoudl not charge me $3.50 for sending the incorrect item. What's the deal, QVC? Why are we paying for YOUR MISTAKE?????

@ Cloudyday -- this sounds like an error that the QVC Social Team could help to
reverse if you email them. Unfortunate that it happened!

QVC will definetely make it right you just need to contact customer service or the social team, I don't remember their email address but I'm sure someone else has it.

@CloudyDay. Since we are all customers, we can't help you. Customer service can, however. All you have to do is call them. That's what they're there for. You won't be charged.

@CloudyDay - Welcome to the forums! If you're using the online return form, it simply shows the cost for a standard return. Since your reason for returning the item is a QVC error, you will not be charged for using the label. Just continue through the return process and be sure you've explained the error.
If you want to reorder to try to get the correct item, I suggest waiting until your tracking number shows your package has been picked up by an agent or has moved from the city where you dropped it off to the next location—then contact customer service via phone or chat to request your exchange. Since you're using the QVC label, they will easily be able to confirm your package is on its way back and initiate your new order so you don't have to wait until the return is delivered to QVC.

@CloudyDay What did customer service tell you when you called them?
I have gotten a few incorrect items recently and when I called for them to correct the order I wasn't charged for return shipping.

You are misunderstanding.
What you are seeing is just the standard return info.......
You will NOT have to pay return shipping OR lose your original shipping.
You are inconvenienced by their mistake for sure...but you will NOT have to pay for it.
As suggested, contact the Social Team and they will help you through the process.

@CloudyDay I am sorry to see you were shipped the incorrect color. Our labels do have the $6.95 preprinted on them, it is necessary for you to make a note on the return slip that you were sent the incorrect color, you should not be charged that fee due to QVC error. I too am having a problem with a return of a rollator. No return label? And call to customer service told me they couldn't email one? Had to pay postage myself. Also havent received my Belle shirt #. Could you look into this and get back to me ASAP
