Return shipping from Paypal

I have returned items that were paid for through PayPal. In order to get my shipping costs returned to me they say I need an email Fromm QVC showing how much shipping costs were deducted from my return. How can I get that informationa?

Thing is, shipping and handling to receive it is $3.50, but the return is $6.50. No where on the website does it show where the deduction is $6.50.
