Honestly, how can process of a return take over 2 weeks. Return was processed 6/2/21.  I have found that I have to watch and check off each and every return like I am grading school childrens homework. Several items were damages, or I was shipped incorrect items and I am still charged for shipping.  Customer service is non existant.  Live chat is useless.

Quality, Value and Convience is sort of funny.  Shoule be Questionable, Vapid and Cheap
