Return postage, am I understanding this right??

I want to return a Temptations baking dish. Firstly they sent a postage label that when I dropped it off at the PO, it was redelivered to me the next day. So while looking online to print off the right label, it says I’ll get charged 8.95 in addition to the original amount to ship. Can that be right?? Shoot the dish was inly $33. If this is true, I think I’m done shopping with QVC.

If I am understanding you, yes, that is right.  QVC does not provide free shipping for returns.

@rplas64    It's true, when you do a return you pay a return postage fee which is usually a bargain plus you forfit your original shipping fee.

@rplas64   That is true.  Or you can pay for the return postage yourself (make your own mailing label)..  The QVC return label is generally cheaper to use.

Unless you buy from a company that says an item has free delivery and free returns then the purchaser would pay for the return.

Yep!  That's pretty much why I have cut way back on my purchases.

Ok thanks everyone for your replies. I misunderstood I think. I knew they deducted the return postage from my refund. Just read things wrong 😆

I totally agree with you.  I've gotten so many items that are boxed with many items in them and yet I'm charged $6.95 a piece for S&H.

Because the return labels have weight limits
