Need help. I sent my package back with QVC's pre-paid label on July 23, 2020. Tracking number shows that it has not been delivered. My return is lost. USPS wants me to fill a claims online. I can't because there is no address or city for me to put on form. Can I be contacted regarding what to do about this lost return. I have used the pre-paid label before and my packages have never been lost.
Help please!
