That is what happened to me also with UPS Mail Innovations last month--QVC had shipped, UPS had delivered it to the regional post office where it sits for several weeks with no movement. When I called the local post office about the oldest one, the clerk said she would email someone at the regional hub to enquire. I received the package in the next day or so and my other packages started to move as well. This month some packages come promptly and others are in that same holding pattern.
