Return order and an auto delivery order

My Plow and Hearth  order  (edited personal inf)   was returned on 4 25 and there is no tracking number and no idea where it is.  I don't want to keep paying an ez pay on something I don't have.  Also my auto delivery of Tacha was scheduled to be delivered on may 8 and it shows as still being in process.  What is going on???

Tacha auto delivery order# .  shows its still in process.  was suppossed to be delivered on the 9th

@matqueen   Notes on the order show the order is delayed but should be received by Friday, May 15 and to check order status for updates.
