I bought another worthless Calista product in aerosol cans and ups says they cannot accept it.   How do I send it back?

@chiclet

 contact QVC returns  to tell them it's defective so they can   reimburse you without sending it back.

Perhaps by the same carrier that was used to ship it to you. Maybe USPS. Never knew this could be an issue. Maybe the social team can help you. Email them at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. Good luck! Keep us updated.

USPS will accept aerosol cans (domestically only) within certain limits.  Check with them.  Or call customer service.

I sent it back the same way I got it. I can't remember if it was FedEx or UPS. I didn't have a problem. I took it to CVS for dropoff.

Just contact CS ~ my experience is they will tell you donate the product and they will refund you.

Totally agree about worthless Calista junk--just sent back pump bottles of something that didn't do a thing for my hair---but hae sent spray type things back too--I used the same packaging it came to me in. But I also got some worthless Korean Spy hair  liquid stuff--from HSN--I called them and was told to dump it and got my $$ back---but it had a reg type plastic twist  lid.

@chiclet- I bought the Campanelli carpet cleaner in cans and they did not remove any stains.  There was a notice on the back of the packing slip that said not to return it to QVC - call customer service for instructions.  I called and they said to dispose of the product and they issued me a refund.

I called customer service and all she could say was try it again at another UPS store.  Offered no help at all.  WHen you print out return label it asks you if there is anything in there and I will not lie and say no so.  I will call again.  Different rep different outcome maybe.  This has been a lessen learned.
