Return not processed, but delivered

I returned an item for a refund, it was defective.  I mailed 2 things back the same day; one was processed a week ago, the other has not been processed.  I tracked the return and it was delivered to Rocky Mtn. NC a week ago but I have not been notified and order status does not show it returned.  Can someone look into this?
