I'm a little confused - a few weeks ago I contacted the social team regarding a return I have to make that did not include an invoice.  I got a letter from Q giving the invoice details for my item.  Do I include this letter with my return and then send it back to Q?  Can I use a return label from something purchased but not returning on the package?

@chlema If you have a printer, you can print a return label.  View the item in your Order Status page and then click on Print Return Label.

Thanks @Linmo but the reason I contacted Q was because I do not have a printer.  Someday, maybe I hope to get one, but not in the near future.

Don't use a return label for another purchase, they will scan the bar code on the label  and you may not get the proper return credit.

@chlema. No, you can't use a return label from another item.  Contact the mods again and ask for a return shipping label.  Include your order #.

@Kachina624 That's what I originally did.  Instead got a letter with the details of my purchase, which I already know.

@chlema  I am sorry yopu did not receive an invoice, we will resend. Is it the order for the MUK LUKS ?
