Has anyone else had trouble printing the Easy Returns Q return label? I've tried the process twice and both times, where the return label should be is a message to "Visit QVC.com Order Status, select your order to print a Q return label." That's exactly what I did so 🤷🏻♀️
Not sure if this is a glitch that's happening across the board or what.

@Maltichonmom17 This has happened to me a few times. I went on "Live Chat" with my order number and they sent me a label via email. This last time, I thought it wasn't there, but when I clicked print, it showed up.

Yes, It has happened to me.
You can email or chat and ask for one to be sent to you.
What I found is that after about 2-3 days of trying online, the label suddenly appeared.
I was able to print then.

@PA Mom-mom and @RespectLife , thanks for the suggestion to request a return label by email. A member of the social team responded within 10 minutes with a very nice email letting me know that they requested a return label to be emailed to me shortly. Great customer service from the social team as always. 👏👏
Unfortunately when I received the return label from the qvc webmaster email addy, it was the exact same thing as I printed out before. No return label, just the message to to go to my order status and print out a return label. 🤷🏻♀️
I'm going to do as you did and just let it go for a few days and try again. Maybe by then, they will have fixed the issue.

Yes, this issue has been going on for many months. I thought it would be fixed by now. I am keeping the return labels from other orders in case I don't get one with my order.

I thought about doing that as well @Pecky
but all the order info is coded into the bar code on those labels, at the bottom, by the QVC address....
the Return dept. would just scan that in and if you used a different label for a different item than enclosed, I doubt the credit would be accurate!
No matter how BIG a note I put in with a return about things....they NEVER read them it seems.
I'd be afraid I would get the wrong credit...

@Pecky , thanks for the info on this issue. What you mentioned about using a return labels from another item sounds promising. I never thought of doing that. I have a couple questions for you. Does the item being returned inside the package get credited correctly with a return label for a different item? I would guess the easy returns team would have be contacted anyway and they would give the proper credit per the information in the email.
Thanks again, I may try this if they don't get the problem fixed soon.

@RespectLife , your fur baby sounds adorable. 😊 I've seen the Maltishi mixes, they're too cute for words. They remind me of little teddy bears. I love the Maltese mix dogs. In my case, the Maltese side adds a little comical spunk to her Bichon side's easy going, sunny personality.
