Anybody besides my self having problems receiving refunds! I am waiting on {2} refunds checks that were, as informed mailed on 5/23 &5/24/07, still have not arrived! oh, they are checking on it.

From 2007? That is a long, long wait.

@pugvette74  I've recently experienced the same.  If you call CS and explain your situation hopefully it will work out in your favor.  I was glad I phoned, and a great CS help me through this.

I get refunds back to my credit card in about a week and a half. I think that's pretty good service.

This is not passing the smell test.  TWo separate checks mailed on two different days and neither one has shown up???   I can understand one being lost in transit but both of them???  No, not buying it.

Thanks for all of the replys, Did reach out Customer Service {2} ,always informed it is on the way. 

My next step is to reach out to QVC INC,GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS, maybe someone can help! Never did I have this problem before, refunded back whether to my card, check or money order!

They better check on your checks.  I live in Illinois so mailing from PA is 2 days 3 or 4  days for further west when mailing first class.

I am not waiting for refund checks, but thank you for your reply...
