Thanks for all of the replys, Did reach out Customer Service {2} ,always informed it is on the way. 

My next step is to reach out to QVC INC,GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS, maybe someone can help! Never did I have this problem before, refunded back whether to my card, check or money order!

Update: Spoke to live Rep @ QVC Inc. Headquaters finance department states ,checks have been re-issued and sent out!

They are aware of problem from Rep that  finally did the correction on 6/18/2017 from the original issue date in May 2017. 

We will see in 7 bussiness days if payments to me are received!

I am finally happy to post,I received my refunds! Thanks to customer rep.Joyce for doing the corrections and forwarding to financial department at QVC Headquarters!

I did received it in 7 days as promised.
