My washer needs to be returned due to a defective hose, but has water in bottom of tub. I emailed qvc social team just now. Unsure how to return this item. Has anyone had this issue? How did you handle return? Called, but no rep answered after being on hold for 20 minutes. Thank you!

@jessiesmom

I believe Cindy has advised you that we can arrange for a pick up from your place but the water needs to be drained in order to do that. Please advise.

@jessiesmom

Last year had a major problem with an old Maytag washer. To get the half tub of water out, I used long-handled pot and then towels to pick up the remaining bit. Took some time but it worked.

Repaired and is working fine....don't know what I would do if this good old standby went !
