QVC perhaps you should take a look at how your competition handles returns, if they can do it so can you!


You must not have been paying attention.  It's been like this for several years.  If you expect QVC to pay for all the original and return shipping fees expect item prices to increase.  QVC/Qurate is not Amazon.  If you don't like the policy, don't shop with them.  I buy very little from QVC anymore.  Amazon is a different story.

Same way that Amazon handles most of their returns, take them to the UPS store drop it off, no box, no lable, just a scan. @We rescue cats qvc will deduct the $6.95 from your refund.
