I returned an item over 14 days ago with the pre-paid
Postage and it has shown up as returned and there is
no way to correctly track the return.

I'm waiting for a return that should be showing it has arrived but there's no tracking functioning.- hasn't been since day1  I used my own label and postage.

I am sorry but I can't track the label if you do not use our prepaid label. However, if you let me know what item/items I would be happy to check it out!

The order number is missing a digit. Please do not post order numbers in public forums as it could cause you security issues. You can provide me with the item number or just simply describe the item.

I found the return! Yes we did receive back on the 5th so I have processed the refund to the original payment method. You will see two amounts $6.65 and $3.50 which bring the refund to the first payment $10.15. Thank you for your patience! current processing time for refunds is 3 to 5 business days.

@Beth-QVCThank you.  My order was a Dennis Basso Woven Short Sleeve Tunic with Knot.  Mailed 4/4 with a USPS estimatedf arrival date on 4/8.

 

I'm less concerned about when money is returned to me than I am that the tunic actually arrived.

I also do not see any tracking on this item. However, as it has been more than 12 days since you returned it, I have processed a refund of $7.01. Again current processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Also this was refunded to the original method of payment.

On your return paperwork, make sure to check the box that asks if you want an email confirmation.  It helps to keep track for me.
