QVC is a MESS!  I returned a 3 items for an exchange in a different size on August 16th!  It is now 8/30 and there is no information on QVC.com!  I can't get in touch with a CS rep!  I can't locate the tracking number and the info on website is less than satisfying!  I will not be ordering from QVC until you get the mess straightened out.

They are very good about responing to these emails. Many have posted on the CC forum about the great response they have gotten by emailing as above.

 

Send them you name, account info, order number and all other info they will need.
