Is there a way I can check the process of my parcel that I am exchanging? What I am trying to say, I sent today a parcel to QVC for an exchange. Am I able to track the shipment going and coming back?

I always get a receipt which has the tracking number on it. Assuming you used the Q return label, if it was UPS or USPS, you can track thru their online site.

. I recently exchanged an item and it took one month. I kept checking my original order and one day the new one I ordered showed up under the original item in process. It did take a long time.

@Dinaki I have good luck with tracking with tracking.smartlabel.com
I can't remember if I get the tracking number off the post office receipt or the Q label.
If you track via USPS, it never shows moving, but this tracking service by Smart Label Newgistics is what I use because it actually shows the movement of the return back to QVC.
