Does QVC charge a restocking fee on returns?

@Sapphiregal - In general, QVC does not charge restocking fees for returned items.

However, I have seen posts in the forums over the years indicating that there are a few vendors that may charge restocking fees for returned items; if this is the case, it has seemed like customers were informed about this when trying to initiate the return process, so it shouldn't ever be a surprise. And this should be fairly rare.

It is important to note that if you are returning an item for a reason other than defect or QVC error (i.e., you received the wrong item), your original shipping fee will not be refunded. And if you use a QVC-generated return label, a fee will apply, as stated on the label instructions and the label itself.

Doesn't the return s/h fee cover restocking???  What is the handling for?

I've never heard anyone here complain about being charged a restocking fee and certainly have never experienced that myself.  That would be an instant "no sale" for me.
