Hopefully, the CSR will adjust and refund - they have done it for me in the past.  IHTH

I just got back home....I usually do call but they don't adjust it for some reason and then I post here hoping they will look into it and help me with it.  I will try tomorrow in the morning....if someone hasn't looked into it here for me.  I seem to have much better CS help posting here then calling to be honest.

@Beth-QVC  is The Fixer.  She's fixed QVC issues for me in the past and is a big help.  She just helped someone on another thread too, who had changed emails.  If she ever leaves the Q, the company should just close its doors and call it a day.
