Today there are about 20 of the same or similar message about horrible C/S. Can these be totally removed, leaving only a single one? They take up so much space. I see some have been moved or have been handled. So i guess I'm curious as to why the threads still appear? Will they vanish in a given time? Thanks!![]()

I agree, it's annoying. Please remove all but one if possible.

Or maybe not. Moderator states Customer has been taken care of, yet she just started another post.

Is this done on purpose or is it a glitch in the system?

I think the poster works for a competing company -- or was as rude and impatient to her CS rep as she was to all of us.
Hope her life gets better, but not too much better too soon.

I hope they ban her from posting such nonsense.

It's done on purpose.
Usually it's some troll getting their kicks spamming the boards.
I doubt that the "complaint" is even real.

I think that when anyone exhibits troll-like behavior, going from forum to forum, posting the same "complaint" over and over again, that they should automatically be banned.
By spamming the boards, it just makes the person look unstable.

"Unstable" is a different word than I would use 😈
I would think that a "real" person would respond privately to CS reaching out here, with identifying information. If they don't, then the post is bogus and they are trolls. Pretty simple. If they don't actually want personalized HELP, then they are posting solely to troll/spam the forums.
I didn't bother clicking on these OPs when they were active, but it presents a different, more time-consuming problem for the moderators if the troll(s) are using a new nic or separate new ID with each "complaint."
IMO there doesn't seem to be enough outright banning of outright trolls. Surely the moderators can easily check behind the scenes to see if a poster has any appearance of an ID tied to actual purchases, and if no trace can be found, it should be poof-buh-byee.
It occurs to me this might even be a branching out of our Old Faithful troll - the one who has multiple IDs and starts threads talking to itself. Reposting the same OP, etc.
