I purchased Jimmy the Baker cookies as a gift with EDD 6/11. On the 12th UPS said there was a delay and would be delivered 6/15. I just got another notice on a delay and they are "working' on it. This is a perishable item and it has been out way too long in this heat. If it wasn't perishable I would be willing to wait. Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry that your cookies have not arrived; I agree this is taking much too long so I have refunded you for the cookies. Unfortunately, we do not have any stock to to replace at this time.

QVC, thank you for emailing me that my refund was processed.  I trust you.  I really didn't check but thank you.  I only wish I had the item.  I actually ordered another item, the same one, I want it on auto delivery, locked in to that great price.  It did not ship yet but I ordered it from someone else and it was sent UPS but on the last leg of the journey, it was handed off to the post office.  I would have gotten it today if it was UPS all the way.  Hopefully, they post office will bring it tomorrow.  I've been waiting for this item for months.  I was waiting for it to come to the Q.

 

Anyway, sorry for what happened.  I'm sorry I got angry.  I'm going to have to have a tooth extracted and I'm upset over that.  Thank you again for emailing about the refund being processed.  I think UPS is just not what they used to be.
