I’ve been QVC customer for  years and this never happened to me.

ordered Kikkerland S/4 reusable shopping bags with pouch. I opened the box found out one bag is missing.

I assume this is someone’s return and the person intentionally or unintentionaly kept one bag then returned it. My first disappointment from QVC.

This looks shameful. I am sure QVC will make it right, but the point is it should not happen. I receive returned items a lot from them. The clothing items are bagged differently, and about 80% of my orders are from returns.

I just feel that if you purchase a NEW item, it should never ever ever be a returned item.

No excuse for this.

@Skididdy  If it's been thoroughly inspected and is in perfect condition I don't see a problem.  You're often getting returns when you shop in B&M stores.

If the choice is not being able to get an item I really want or getting a return, I'll take the return every time.  I've never received one that wasn't in pristine condition.

I buy alot of stuff online and I have had things happen with all the companies I deal with (including Disney & QVC).

Things happen and as long as it is taken care of properly....they keep my business....

Returns don't bother me as long as they are still "New" looking.

Twice I received items with  the return tag from another  customer attached to the item!😲So I know returns are sent out as NEW items from QVC.  

It makes me  mad 😡 because the hosts say that when you buy from QVC that you get items never worn or tried on and that is the big plus of shopping QVC.

That is a total lie! They ship out worn and tried on clothes ALL THE TIME!👎👎👎👎

They need to quit saying that garnents you receive are brand new never worn.
