Just received an $80 Isaac swimsuit that was definitely a return.  I can see this happening if it's an As is item but really?

 

Remember when the Hosts used to say that they never send out returns.  Apparently they don't say that any more.

Wow,  I am so sorry you received an obvious return.   I know how I felt .  You anxiously await the arrival then shock, sadness, and anger !  

Any return should be "as is."   I completely agree.  We pay for new and that is what we should receive.  You feel they are trying to take advantage, or I did.
