This item was wadded up & stuffed in the plastic bag so - no-I didn't open it to look at it. I called customer service right away--took to UPS & sent it back.  I was given a refund within a few days.  The case would have been different if I had ordered that item as a "As Is" item but I didn't.  And--in department stores I don't buy items that look like they've been tried on several times.  That's why I shop at QVC.  For the prices we are paying now, we should get things as advertised.  :-D
