Rec'd damaged item need t Retrun

What label do I use so I don't get charged for a retuned damaged item andn  like a replacemnet  same color ordered please , I chatted yetrday with  Kim din not say which label to use ? Thank you

You can use the prepaid label included in the packaging. Just mark the reason for return as "damaged". Also if you would let me know what the item is, I will also mark your account to make sure you do not get charged for the return fee.

it was the mocrowvae set of 3 cookers . ok but 2 labels do i use surepost or  no postage label?Thank you
