Rebooting computer fixed video & easy pay

Thank you  to all who responded to my pleasfor help with videos not playing & defaulting to easy pay when checking out. Finally tried the old tried & true rebooting the computer & it worked. Maybe this will help others. I hope so. Thanks again!!

OK just went to view a video tonight and got the " X " again. It also says on the video "The video cannot be downloaded as there appears to be a problem with the server or network, or because the format cannot be supported". I had gotten an email from CS with a number to call which I will do. The number is  800-367-9444 in case anyone is interested.
