This has got to stop.  The recent all day free shipping was a fiasco as we couldn't order unless we called CS. And today there is a limited free shipping window, and same thing.

If you didn't find and fix the root cause of the last free S&H day, why have another knowing full well the system would go down yet again.  

So frustrated.  Do better.  Your customers deserve it.

The free shipping is until 1:59 ET but also, the wish list and 'saved for later' lists are gone.

It would take me 3 hours to remember what I was saving, so thanks for NOTHING QVC!

Free shipping until noon and I can't check sizes on anything to buy.

Totally agree! Plus if they shut down online you cannot use Mr rebates or Rakuten!

Also noticed many of the prices were adjusted so you did not get full value for free s&h!

You know QVC, this business practice of yours with your so called system failures,

I just ordered using Rakuten @hoofprints and had no problems with the website. I was able to lookup my items (lock & lock) and still check-out receiving free shipping.

i had no trouble using my edge browser to place my order. my wish list and saved for later were both available.

i could not use firefox because it was not taking off the shipping fees when i went to check out.

try switching browsers or devices if you want to place an order. dont forget to use the rebate sites also. 5% cash back on mr rebates.

Glad to know it isn't just me who is having trouble. 

I can do everything but PLACE MY ORDER!

I can edit the cart, the payment, the payment method...everything except PLACE MY ORDER!

I'm using my phone because I'm going through ibotta for 7%.

Jeez Louise!  JUST. FIX. IT!

@Beth-QVC@Melvin-QVC @any other mod...I'll place my order as soon as the system allows me.  If that's after 2 PM and I am charged shipping, I will ask that the shipping charges be removed.
