REFUND?

How can I get a refund on an order returned the end of May?  I can't get any where and I think I have given QVC enough time.  I would appreciate any help and suggestions.

I also want to give a huge shout out to the QVC Social Team.  They have always been so helpful and respond to my emails quickly whenever I contact them.  This is one of the big reasons why I love shopping with QVC.
