Attn moderators:  when looking at my account using MS Edge, every one of my orders says "Refund Issued".

Clearly, something for I.T. to look at.

@Venezia    When I check orders in "order status", at first the words" refund issued" pop up then quickly change to track order.  They've always done that.  Maybe they're not changing as they should?

@Kachina624 - I've never had that happen and I check my account every day.  Just another of the never-ending glitches in QVC's system.

 I despair of them ever getting a properly functioning website.  (Or dare I say it...I.T. staff?)

ETA:  Not to worry.  It's now kicked me out on the Edge browser.

no issues for me when checking order status or with using the EDGE browser.

i am using the EDGE browser on a laptop, which is my preferred way to access QVC order status and forums.

Well, whatever it was has been fixed now.  I'm no longer getting a refund on all my orders.  Shame. 

And I've been able to log into the forums using MS Edge as usual.
