@lb.  I too, cannot figure out what you're complaining about.  You send your item back using printed label, ask for a different size or color, and if it's still in stock they'll send it with no s&h charge.  What's so complicated?

Why is it so hard to return an item request a different size and color?

So far if they chose to send the different item its been the same color.

The customer service rep states I can order you a new shirt.  Yes it

would be a new order at the higher price.  Then when i recieve the one

they are sending me I can just return it.    QVC  YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE

NOT STUPID!  OH Yea I would have to pay the return shipiping on the 1st order.

I asked for a supervisor.  I was told they would have to call me back.

I guess QVC doesn't realize with out cutomers they do not have jobs.  I have been a customer for many years (Since 1992) never been treated bad or recieved so many

inferior products as I have in the last couple of months.

I don't understand why you keep ordering if you "received so many inferior products."

The problem is they send the same size and same color i returned.

I wrote it out on the return lablel  and checked the blocks as well.

It should not be a problem.

I stated last couple months.  That means past 2 months.

Wow.  I have had new orders placed and have ALWAYS been given the same price that I orginally paid and have ALWAYS been refunded for a item in full when the situation has been kindly explained to the rep.  My guess is that your call went in the wrong direction.

Sadly, it does seem as if a problem has arisen. I wonder if they got too big for thie breeches when they acquired HSN. It just feels off.

I wish Q's To labels were the same size as our Return labels.
