People always have complaints about cust. service. I personally have always been met with courteous service and helpfulness.Can anyone imagine being met with customers with complaints ALL DAY! It isn't easy. These people are employees and they have rules to follow. Perhaps we all need to be a little nicer. It goes a long way.

I totally agree! They have given me a lot of, particularly@Beth-QVC. Doesn't matter if it is a customer service inquiry or a moderator stepping in and taking care of something for me when I encounter a problem. They are right there for you.
I am quite sure I would not do half as good a job as they do dealing with the negativity/complaints that comes with the job. Whatever they are getting paid, it is not enough!
