Quick Exchange and the QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com works!

I exchanged some Beekman body cream and got the new cream in a week! I am amazed. But I had one return that was dragging out so emailed QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. "Beth" answered my email right away, had stopped further easy pays and refunded my money. Service like this needs to be recognized! Thank you QVC.
