Or maybe just don't take these forums so seriously. I enjoy them, but am not nearly as invested in them as some others. I'm sure some of my posts have been deleted. So be it. Life goes on.

That's exactly the attitude I have as well. If something I post gets deleted, oh well. I'll keep on doing my thing. Nothing here is earth shattering.

They also monitor facebook, so I'm not sure how much time they spend here and they surely can't read every thread.
If there is history between posters, the report inappropriate button is used a lot.
Just what I observe. And yes, email the mod with problems. I believe they prefer to keep it private.
I have never, over my 15 years here, felt the need to e-mail the moderators. That said, I have no idea what their e-mail addresses might be. I would have gladly e-mailed Wayne if I knew his e-mail address.
Right now I don't feel the need to take my time to do so. I think myself and him are completely different type of men, and I will leave it at that.
Thanks for your response and e-mail suggestion.

Same here. Of course, none of us *likes* it when one of our posts is deleted, but "Eh" covers it for me 98% of the time. No one's going to see it my way (or anyone's way) all the time, and honestly, I don't care that much in the greater scheme of things. Openly, publicly challenging a moderator and repeatedly demanding a response is, IMO, more self-important than I want to be.

I don’t see @hckynut’s post as a challenge to anyone. What I see is a man’s sincere request for clarification of Community Standards being ignored. As one who has had the same experience with Moderation on these boards, I understand his persistence in asking.
Some time ago a post of mine was censored for “sexually inappropriate" content, although there was absolutely neither content nor innuendo of such in my post on a thread about minimum wages. I sent two Emails to the QVCsocialteam requesting explanation. Neither of my Emails were answered.
I'm not attempting to speak for Hckynut, but I imagine he might nod in agreement with me that while I do not give ‘two hoots’ about getting my hands slapped on QVC’s forums, I do care how my persona, my character, is perceived or represented in public, anonymously or otherwise.

Totally agree with both posts. I know I've had posts removed that I thought were ok. I think "Dang it" and move on, the thread probably would have got buried soon enough anyway.
Sorry but mods are generally not inclined to argue with posters publicly. It's too bad there is not a private message system here. LOL, but then that creates more drama. People are nasty behind the scenes. I once got told, by a woman no less, that I needed to get laid. I thanked her and told her I'd take it up with my husband. She eventually got removed from the board, but not by me.

Think a few more could use that advice, also.

@BalletBabe wrote:@hckynut I agree , I would contact him directly. There are times I feel threads or comments are deleted for no good reason, but I just don't bother. I Only had one major issue and I contacted them on the phone. I agree with OP that trying to vent on a thread here will do you no good. Good Luck! I know how you feel! ...
@BalletBabe Huh? The OP - original poster - is the one who is trying to vent on a thread here.
