I ordered J349068 but I was on waitlist. I found you had a very similar necklace J352450 in stock. I called customer service and changed my order and added J377954 to wear with necklace. Today I received the Naja enhancer and went to check on necklace and was sad to see it had changed to advance order. What happened since it was in stock and was given an eta. Does advance order guarantee I will eventually get necklace.
