Question for Customer Service on my order

I ordered A373521 eleven days ago and it's still in process.  It seems odd that the item was completely sold out and now it's available in all sizes and colors.  I can't cancel the item and try ordering again because it says it's in process.  Please help.

@JK7   The order is showing that an email was sent 4/27 regarding a delay in delivery, unfortunately that is all the information available at this time.
