Question about replacement for diamonique halo rings misdelivered

In early February, this ring was a Q2 big deal special.  Many customers -- including me -- received the wrong shaped stone. Later we got emails stating we'd receive replacements by mid April.

The rings are available online now.  When will our replacement rings be shipped?

@Sammycat1

Thank you for your patience as we rectify our error. The correct style should go out witin the next 7 to 10 days. And of course the charge will be $0.00!

Re: Question about replacement for diamonique halo rings misdelivered

Just got an email from customer service that the rings will ship out mid-May instead of mid-April as originally promised.  A little disappointing given that they're available online, but I understand that this is going to be a big order shipped out.

At least kudos to QVC for continuing to keep us in the loop.

I am sorry for the further delay but I am glad you received the email regarding this. I thought they would go out now as indicated, they look like they are back in stock.

It's not your fault! At least the lines of communication are open.
