Question about price adjustment

Hi.  I called customer service for a price adjustment on 2 pairs of pjs I ordered. I noticed the adjusted price is pending on my credit card but it's pending as a charge not credit. I called but the line is busy. When you have a chance could you please check that it will be a credit?  Thank you. I know how busy you are.  But I appreciate your help.
